The CX Series of proximity cards is designed and manufactured by HID Global specifically for use with CASI® ProxLite® products.  HID Global offers a lifetime warranty on all CX Series products. 

The CASI technology is somewhat different - effectively the access control cards are already pre-encoded.  When they are issued to an employee on the CASI system, the number of the ID card is read and then logged by their software during the enrollment process.  HID Global guarantees that the CASI compatible access control cards will never be duplicated with existing access cards that may already be in the field.
