This "contactless" MIFARE card is a 13.56 Mhz, Type A Standard, 1k card, Credit Card Size (CR-80) with Gloss Finish.

The MIFARE Classic 1K with 1 Kbytes EEPROM read/write memory and is compatible with existing MIFARE infrastructures. Operating in accordance with ISO 14443A, MIFARE 1K functions at a distance of up to 10 cm with true anti-collision properties and without the need for a battery.

It can be used for diverse applications such as public transportation, access control, road toll, park & ride, airline ticketing, customer loyalty and ID cards. This card can also be embedded with a contact smart chip module, and further enhanced with a magnetic stripe.
