Shipping & Returns

Did you order something you don't need?  Perhaps you decided against your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.  Non-defective items must be returned "unopened" in their original packaging. This does, however, exclude all custom-encoded access credentials. Access credentials are custom-encoded per your specifications and are not returnable.

All returns must reference an authorized RMA #. This number can be provided by contacting Customer Service at 1.800.279.4560.  Should your purchase be a defect or a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid, addressed, fedex label for the return shipment.

When returning a non-defective item purchased online, simply login to your account; view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu; and click the Return Item(s) button. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products.  All international orders must be prepaid via WIRE TRANSFER prior to processing. Credit cards are not accepted for orders outside of the United States.  Domestic orders (paid via credit card) must be processed using a United States issued credit card.  No exceptions to either of these policies.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
